Master Ops Protocol — Pillar Claims
Pillar 1 — The HoldREC. 01
[CONFIRMED]
Sustained isometric load increases structural stiffness and fluid movement in connective tissue. Documented in Dr. Keith Baar's (UC Davis) published research on tendon stress-relaxation — sustained isometric loading drives measurable collagen synthesis. HMT's 90–120 second Hold is Tymmber's own field adaptation of that finding, not a reproduction of Baar's exact lab protocol (his sessions typically run 5–10 minutes).

"Wringing the fascial sponge" builds a piezoelectric charge later discharged into the swing. Collagen is genuinely piezoelectric — that part is real. The specific "charge and discharge" sequence over a 90–120 second hold is our own extension of that fact, not something measured.
Pillar 2 — The MomentumREC. 02
[CONFIRMED]
Displaced-load, rotational tools train force absorption and redirection differently than centered dead weight. Standard, well-supported training theory — and swinging, rebound-style movement (kettlebell-type swings among them) appears in Dr. Robert Schleip's (Fascia Research Group, Ulm) own published examples of training fascial elastic recoil.
[EMERGING]
Viscoelastic creep — fluid rushing back into tissue on release — as the basis for elastic recoil performance. A real, studied biomechanical phenomenon; its direct performance benefit in this exact sequence hasn't been isolated and tested.
Pillar 3 — Variable GeometryREC. 03
[CONFIRMED]
Unpredictable terrain is a stronger proprioceptive and stabilization stimulus than flat, predictable ground. Well-supported in movement science.

"Piezoelectric signals" communicating through the entire web as a unified system. Extends the real piezoelectric property of collagen into a body-wide signaling claim that's ours, not drawn from published research.
Pillar 4 — Cognitive OverrideREC. 04
[EMERGING]
The Central Governor Model — the brain limits output as a protective mechanism before true physiological failure, and that limit can be consciously pushed. Published theory (Tim Noakes) with a genuine following, and genuinely, actively debated in sports science.

Nasal breathing suppresses stress-hormone response and aids conscious relaxation under load. Real research connects nasal breathing to parasympathetic activation; its specific effect on performance-under-duress in this protocol hasn't been isolated.
Module 02 — Fueling & Maintenance Claims
Structural Hydration & The Piezoelectric BatteryREC. 05
[CONFIRMED]
Electrolytes are necessary for cellular fluid balance; dehydration affects connective tissue function. Established physiology.

"Plain water flushes the pipes but doesn't hydrate the fascial structure" — a hard distinction between the two. Mainstream hydration science doesn't draw this sharp a line; both water and electrolytes contribute to tissue hydration. The "flush vs. structural charge" framing is ours, not the literature's.
Autophagy (The Maintenance Window)REC. 06
[CONFIRMED]
Extended fasting triggers autophagy, a well-documented cellular cleanup and recycling process. Established mechanism.
[EMERGING]
The specific benefit of a 24-hour fast, versus other windows, for connective-tissue/collagen repair. Autophagy's general benefit is established; its optimal duration and specific effect on fascia vs. other tissue is still an active question.
